The NEW standard for milled bite splints
  • PREMIOtemp CLEAR FLEX is the new and very innovative milling blank for CAD/CAM milled nightguards.

  • Tension-free wearing comfort and precise fitting due to the thermo-effect
  • Very durable – maximum breakage resistance through memory effect – more resistant to breakage than most conventional PMMA plastics
  • High transparency for almost invisible wearing
  • Very low plaque affinity
  • Can be easily combined with conventional powder-liquid systems for manual corrections
  • Can be milled very well, preferably with 1-flute milling tools
  • Significantly easy handling for the dentist, technician and patient thanks to the mentioned material properties

  • In order to avoid excessive frictional heat during the milling process, it makes sense for thermoplastic materials such as PREMIOtemp CLEAR FLEX to reduce the rotational speed of the spindle during the milling process.
  • Can be milled very well, preferably with 1-flute milling tools.

Care instructions for the patient:

  • The PREMIOtemp CLEAR FLEX splint should be cleaned under running water with toothpaste after each use

  • Store your bite splint in a dry and dark place if not worn

  • Do not use denture cleaners / alcohol based cleaners

  • Place the bite splint in warm water at 40-50ºC / 104°F-122°F for 1-2 minutes before insertion

  • Protect the splint from extreme heat and coldness

The NEW standard for milled bite splints!

With PREMIOtemp CLEAR FLEX we have added a new and very innovative milling blank for CAD/CAM milled nightguards to our primotec digital products portfolio.

The CLEAR FLEX material is a transparent PMMA acrylic with thermo-effect. This effect procures that the milled bite splint, when warmed up, automatically adjusts to the dental arch in the patients mouth, without losing the materials surface hardness.
